Join Alex & Jen for our extremely sought after Beach Yoga Event in South Devon.

Located at Holcombe Beach, between Teignmouth & Dawlish on Sunday 20th July at 8am.

Full of giggles, connections, nature & movement. Let’s take a soulful slow Sunday to a new level through an hour and a half mindful yoga class, a healthy & nourishing plant based breakfast and a refreshing sea dip. Feeling the sea breeze enter your lungs, the soft sand run through your toes and the sound of the waves lapping the shore.

The morning layout

8-9.30am Yoga

9.30am Breakfast

10/10.30 – Swim in the Sea (optional, but highly recommended!)

Yoga

1 and a half hours to fully immerse into your body & the natural surroundings. Starting slow & meaningful, then building energy & finding flow, then circling back to a slow low energy finish. Expect adjustments, oils & all the feel good extras (only if desired).

Breakfast

A sharing buddha bowl: a tasty selection of plant based salads, whole grains, vegetables & nuts. Topped with hummus, baked tofu and chickpeas.

Finish with a sweet treat.

Allergy warning: this will contain nuts. Please get in touch if you have any allergies we need to be aware of.

Location

Holcombe Beach.

Head to Salty Dog Cafe, under the bridge & you’ll see us set up on the beach.

Holcombe Hill is tight & has limited parking so please allow plenty of time for parking at the top of the hill & walking down. Share a car if you can. There is parking in surrounding areas if needed. Alternatively add to your morning by starting with a walk – park in Teignmouth & enjoy a beautifully scenic walk along the sea wall.

Please bring with you water, sunglasses/hat, swimming gear & we highly recommend something easy to change into after the sea dip.

Event is weather dependant. We will go ahead if there is light drizzle so please plan ahead and wear appropriate clothing (this is England after all!).

If required an alternative date will be given, if you are unable to make this date a refund will be given.

Check your emails the afternoon/evening before for event updates or in case of cancellation.

We must be made aware of allergies upon you booking the event.
